University of Iowa employees enrolled in UIChoice pay only a $10 office visit co-pay when choosing a UI provider for their care. The office
visit co-pay is higher when choosing a non-UI provider. Additionally, the co-pay is waived for UI employees with UI Choice or CHIP II when
